Stress is such a menace that keeps entangling our lives so badly that no matter how much we try do away with it, it comes back in another form. Stress creates anxiety, errors and exhaustion of the mind and body. And in those stressful moments, we often forget that it is we who can manage our stress and do away with the anxiety.

Stress is the byproduct of the modern life we are now living. At the same time, stress is the biggest enemy of our happiness, our good health and the contented life we want to live. Don’t you wish your life became as light as a feather and you became as free as a bird? Everybody wants that and you can achieve it by adopting a humorous attitude towards life.

Problems Generated by Stress

We often do not identify our stressors (as we become habituated to them) but the stress, temporary or constant, generates many problems in our body such as nervousness, anxiety attacks, sleeplessness, tension, muscle cramps and dizzy spells. All these problems will eventually lead to chronic diseases including cardiovascular problems, reduced immunity and problems in the nervous system.

These techniques help the body to bring back balance, restore energy levels and replace lost carbohydrates. Our stressful body, exhausted mind and tight nerves and muscles demand a relaxing situation.

Recognize the Stress-creating Situations

Most of the time, we fail to understand the stress-creating situations even when our body reacts to it internally as well as externally. We often get habituated to the stressful situation even if our body keeps telling us (by various symptoms like tight muscles, various body ache, rapid palpitation and more).
