Stress is such a menace that keeps entangling our lives so badly that no matter how much we try do away with it, it comes back in another form. Stress creates anxiety, errors and exhaustion of the mind and body. And in those stressful moments, we often forget that it is we who can manage our stress and do away with the anxiety.

Stress is the byproduct of the modern life we are now living. At the same time, stress is the biggest enemy of our happiness, our good health and the contented life we want to live. Don’t you wish your life became as light as a feather and you became as free as a bird? Everybody wants that and you can achieve it by adopting a humorous attitude towards life.
